The Resident Check Login page features the following options for logging on to the website:
▪ Use your legacy Resident Check credentials
▪ Use your Single Sign-On credentials from MRI Property Management
If you have already logged on to the Resident Check website using one of these methods, only the fields and buttons for that method appear on the Resident Check Login page as the website stores a cookie in your browser.
Note
If you have Single Sign-On credentials for MRI Property Management, you must use those credentials when logging on to the Resident Check website.
To log on to Resident Check using Single Sign-On, follow these steps:
1. On the Resident Check Login page, in the Client ID field, enter your property management organization's client ID.
2. Click Single Sign-On.
3. On the Sign In page, enter your user name and password.
4. To have your browser remember your credentials, select the Remember me check box.
5. Click Sign In.
To log on to Resident Check using the legacy process, follow these steps:
1. On the Resident Check Login page, in the Username field, enter your user name.
2. In the Password field, enter your password.
3. Click Log On.
