Navigating Resident Screening

On the Home page, the main menu allows you to access all of the functions and processes available in Resident Screening. The menu items are as follows:

▪         New App—Click this tile to begin creating a new application for residency or employment.

▪         My Apps—Click this tile to view your in-process and completed applications.

▪         Reports—Click this tile to access and run reports.

▪         Admin—Click this tile to manage your user account and the accounts of other users from your organization.

▪         Help—Click this tile for assistance about using Resident Screening and to access Resident Screening forms.

You can also access functions, processes, and reports from the global menu bar on the left side of the page, which features the following menu items:

▪         Application Menu —Click this icon to access a submenu containing links to Resident Screening features.

▪         Home —Click this icon from any page to return to the main menu.

▪         Reports —Click this icon to access and run reports.

▪         Help —Click this icon to access user guides, forms, and the Resident Screening Help.

▪         MRIFLIX —Click this icon to access MRIFLIX videos about core processes and navigation.

▪         Setup —Click this icon to access a submenu containing links to user account management.

Logging Out of Resident Screening

To log out of Resident Screening, click your username in the bottom-right corner of the page, and then click Log Off.
